Travel
The Euphrates Summit will be held on the Principia College campus, 1 Maybeck Place, Elsah, IL 62028. (618) 374-2131.
By plane: The St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is located 30 miles (about a 45-minute drive) from campus, and will be the most convenient airport to use.
Driving directions to Principia from the Airport: Take I-70 West to I-170 North. Exit onto I-270 East (to Chicago). Take exit 31B onto MO-367/US-67 North to Alton, IL and continue into Alton. Turn left off the Alton Bridge and go through three stoplights. Turn left at the 3rd light onto River Road (Rt. 100). Go 10 miles and turn right into Elsah. Sign for Principia College will be on the right.
By train: Amtrak has service to Alton, IL. The train station is 14 miles (about a 30-minute drive) from campus.
By car: Principia College is located in Elsah, IL just off of River Road (Rt. 100).
Transportation:
Please arrange your own transportation to and from the airport to your place of lodging and to the college campus. Several area cab companies include:

Weather
Average temperatures in Elsah at this time are 70 – 75 degrees fahrenheit, with temperatures cooling at night. Rain is possible, but all Summit activities and sessions will be indoors or have an indoor option.
Registration Fees
Participant Rate: The two-day Summit general admission fee is on a sliding scale of $200 – $400. This includes all of our sessions, entertainment, two lunches, one dinner, one gala dinner, and light fare for breaks and snacks throughout the sessions. This fee does not include lodging or transportation; please see our participant guide for hotel suggestions.
Euphrates is happy to welcome students at a reduced rate of $45.
** NEW! Gala Dinner Reception tickets only are now available. Come and hear from the Euphrates “Visionary of the Year” Sami Awad and enjoy dinner and closing remarks. Regular fee is $65 and students are welcome at only $20. **
